• Must not submit URLs to:

6. Intellectual Property

• For content extracted from submitted URLs:
  • Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have rights to use such content
  • We do not claim ownership of extracted content
  • Users indemnify us against any claims arising from unauthorized content extraction
  • We may cache extracted content for performance optimization

7. Service Usage, Limitations, and Disclaimers

7.1. Rate Limits and Fair Use

• We implement and enforce rate limits on URL submissions and content extraction
• We reserve the right to restrict or block access if usage patterns suggest abuse
• Rate limits may be changed at any time without notice
  7.2. CRITICAL SERVICE DISCLAIMERS WE PROVIDE THE SERVICE "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Continuous access to the Service

• Lost data or content
• Business interruption
• Personal or property damage
• Any other damages or losses

• In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim

9. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing terms are specified in your service agreement or subscription plan
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

• No refunds unless required by law

10. Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Slovak Republic.

• Your submission of URLs and content for extraction
• Any violation of third-party terms of service or rights
• Breach of these Terms
• Any business decisions made using our Service

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Technical failures
• Third-party service failures
• Internet disruptions
• Acts of government
• Security incidents

By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and samko labs, s.r.o. regarding the Service.
